We highly recommend customers continue to use our online services, the drop box, and communicating via telephone; however, if you wish to visit us in-person we are here for you! City Hall is taking special measures to ensure the maintenance of social distancing when providing service to the public; such as limiting the number of customers in the lobby at a time. We also ask that customers wear a face mask and utilize the hand sanitizer placed throughout the lobby. This is to ensure the safety of everyone and we appreciate everyone's cooperation during these unprecedented times.
Beginning November 2020, City Hall Hours will be modified to the following schedule:
- Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays: 8am-5pm
- Tuesdays: 8am-6pm
- Fridays: 8am-4pm

When our offices are closed, call 210-651-6831 for any urgent matters you may have and an employee will be there to assist you! This phone number is accessible to residents who may have lost their water connection, notice a leak on their property, or even trapped an animal that needs relocating.
