Special Events

First Friday Family Night: On June 2 we will have a good old-fashioned Ice Cream Social, complete with pioneer games.  Everyone is encouraged to bring either a freezer of ice cream or brownies or cookies.  You may wish to bring a brown bag dinner, but leave room for the delicious creamy goodness to come.

How about a contest to see whose Ice Cream is the favorite?

Storytime happens every Friday at 10:30 am.  Children will enjoy the stories, songs, games and crafts.

PAWS-i-tive Reading:  Shiraz is a beautiful golden doodle, trained to sit quietly and listen to your child read.  This has been a proven effective tool in aiding emerging and reluctant readers.  She will only be here until May 21 before taking off for the summer.

Adult Coloring meets each Thursday at 1:00 pm.  This activity is relaxing, yet you'll feel creative.  You'll also enjoy the visits with other colorists.

Card-Making with Teresa class is held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month @ 1:00 pm.  The finished products are works of art and are sure to be heirlooms.

Pokemon Club:  Meets every second Saturday from 10:00-12:00 noon.

May 16 @ noon, Frank Ontiveros will present information on Veterans Affairs.  We will learn of benefits that veterans are entitled to, but may not be aware of.  Bring your questions for Frank.

Stepping Stone Class

On May 24 come make and take a garden stepping stone with Gary Mallett.
