Quarry Commission

The Quarry Commission, established in 2000, functions as a point of contact with the management of Hanson Aggregates Servtex to enhance relations and to work on issues in the best interest of Garden Ridge citizens. 


Meetings are held on the second Monday of every odd month at 6pm in City Hall, 9400 Municipal Parkway.

The City Quarry Commission consists of seven appointed residents of the City of Garden Ridge who serve a two-year term and one ex-officio City Council member. The current members are:
