Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission, established in 1988, reviews and considers master plans and plats and makes recommendations to the City Council on comprehensive plan amendments, specific use permits, and zoning requests. 


Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6pm in City Hall, 9400 Municipal Pkwy.


Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.

The Planning and Zoning Commission consist of seven appointed residents of the City of Garden Ridge and serve a two-year term. These are non-compensated positions. The current members are:
