Members
The Planning and Zoning Commission consist of seven appointed residents of the City of Garden Ridge and serve a two-year term. These are non-compensated positions. The current members are:

Purpose
The City of Garden Ridge Planning and Zoning Commission is an appointed body that makes recommendations to the City Council for the orderly growth and development of the city. The commission studies, formulates, and recommends both short-term and long-term goals in planning for the future of Garden Ridge by means of the city’s zoning ordinance, subdivision ordinance, street master plan, and sign ordinance.
