The Garden Ridge City Water Commission will meet in regular session on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 9400 Municipal Parkway, Garden Ridge, Texas. This meeting is open meeting, open to the public, subject to the Open Meeting Law of the State of Texas, and as required by law, notice is hereby posted on Friday, March 28, 2008 before 5:00 p.m., providing time, place, date and agenda thereof. The City Water Commission will recess from open session to go into executive session pursuant to Chapter 552.071 of the Texas Government Code to confer with its Attorney regarding opinion by outside legal counsel regarding their services and plan related to the creation of Groundwater Conservation District

Upon conclusion of the executive session the City Council will return to open session.
