Our philosophy is simple. There is no such thing as a nuisance call. If something bothers you or if you just need our assistance, call us. We are only a phone call away.

About the Garden Ridge Police Department
The Garden Ridge Police Department is committed to being responsive to our community in the delivery of professional police service. Our responsibility and mission is to maintain order, while offering dignity and respect to every individual. Our purpose is to improve the quality of life through a community partnership, which will promote safe and secure neighborhoods.

The Garden Ridge Police Department currently employs 14 certified police officers, ranging from patrol officer to the chief of police. The Police Department is fully equipped to handle any type of call and investigation 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Contacting the Department
Garden Ridge police officer’s are dispatched by the Comal County Sheriff’s Office Communications Division. If there is an emergency, dial 9-1-1, and explain the situation to the dispatcher. Information will be relayed to the officers on duty.

For any non-emergency, call the Garden Ridge Police Department at (210) 651-6441 during regular business hours. After 5:00 pm, you can call (830) 609-3921 (metro).
