"The tax rate will effectively be raised by 1.683 percent and will raise taxes for mainteance and operations on $100,000 home by $2.83."

The Garden Ridge City Quarry Commission will be forwarding the following version of Ordinance 34 to the City Council on January 4, 2012 for consideration with possible approval after a Public Hearing is conducted on the proposed ordinance. A date for the Public Hearing has not been determined yet. As of the time of posting of the proposed ordinance comments concerning the document have not been received from the City Attorney.
